Production Area
The Denomination of Origin Valencia is situated near the Mediterranean coast east of the country at an altitude ranging between 250 and 1000 meters. The climate is warm and the influence of the Mediterranean too dominant. Strains grown for centuries in the limestone-clay soils, which in combination with the constant presenceof the sun give rise to intense fruity wines with good structure and moderate tannins.

Winemaking
We select the best grapes Petit Verdot. Cold maceration for 10 days at 14 º C.Fermentation at 26 º C for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation in tank.

Tasting Notes
Color: intense red with garnet reflections. Aroma: High intensity, with hints of red fruitsand a final soothing menthol. Taste wines, with elegant palate, good body and fresh acidity.

Serving Suggestions
Petit Verdot Murviedro Collection is an ideal accompaniment to game meat, rice and cheese. To appreciate its features should be served at cellar temperature (16-18 ºC), avoiding a service at higher temperatures.
