Type of wine
It is an aromatic sparkling wine grapes, pale and very fresh. Bubble small, lightweight and fast, which gives a different and refreshing sparkling wine.

It is a sparkling new trend, different, modern, exclusive and without comparison. 

Vineyards
In the Alicante coast, near the sea.

Climatology
Summer very dry and sunny. Spring west wind, and winter rain, provide a unique microclimate.

Vintage
Harvested by hand, in cartons of 20 kg to protect the quality of the grapes. Second half of August.
Terroir
Low in organic matter, calcareous burdensome. The floor reflects light and facilitates the maturation of the grapes. Along the Mediterranean Sea.

Preparation
Sparkling Natural Fermentation by Charmat method.

Recommendations for consumption
Preferably be consumed during the year and a half after the harvest. It should be very cold.
Matching
Eat at any time, its refreshing taste makes it ideal both as light meals snacks and desserts.

Tasting Notes
Color: Very pale, clear and bright. Very small bubbles, detachment fast, delicate crown with a continuous string. 
Aroma: Powerful, smooth and elegant, distinct varietal character of Moscatel, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. 
Palate: Big, very smooth, balanced, fruity tones, with a very fine bubble that makes it refreshing and smooth.
