The unique flavor of this wine reflects the best breed of mature Chardonnay vines in the sun and rocked by the gentle Mediterranean breeze.
Preparation
After a cold maceration of 24 hours, Laudum Chardonnay has been fermented in new oak barrels nevers Allier and remaining there until bottling.
Tasting Notes
Intense varietal aromatic expression with fruity notes of peach, grapefruit, pineapple and other exotic fruits. The palate is broad, smooth, balanced with vanilla from the oak.

Ideal for seafood, oysters, fish, smoked fish, white meats and foie.
