Their blend is a strict selection of Chardonnay, Xarel.lo and Parellada. Noted for its pale golden color and bubble, fine and delicate taste as well as intense and persistent. Remembering the legacy of a tradition over 450 years ago by Jaume Codorniu.

50% Chardonnay
30% Macabeo
20% Parellada
FERMENTATION WINE AND 1 st
Smooth and rapid extraction of 60% of the wine. Fermentation between 15-18 º C.
2ª FERMENTATION AND AGING
Bottle fermentation and aging in contact with yeasts, aged 12 to 15 degrees, temperature of the caves, until the time of disgorgement, when ejecting the yeast and add the liquor issue.
