FERMENTATION WINE AND 1 ª
Musts are fermented at low temperature (below 20 º C). After mixing the wines were cold stabilized before the run.
2 nd FERMENTATION
Bottle fermentation and aging on contact with yeasts, aged 12 to 15 º C, temperature of the caves, until the time of disgorgement, which are expelled yeast and expedition liqueur added.

VIEW
A pale yellow cava. Dark brown bottle with gold black label that gives an elegant presence.
NOSE
Aroma of medium intensity white fruits mature, lees, yeast, flowers, herbs and fruits.
MOUTH
is dry, bitter palate with good acidity, memories herbs and white fruit, nice finish and with some persistence.
MARRIAGE
Fits many times before, during and after meals.
