Tasting Notes
Cherry red with purple-blue notes. Powerful nose with ripe red fruit aromas (blackberry, blackcurrant ...) with a subtle complexity contributed by the oak (vanilla, spices, roasted ...) Large-bodied still turn soft and velvety texture with a long finish and aftertaste of vanilla and berries.
Elaboration
Manual harvest. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and the winery. Stripping.Alcoholic fermentation at 28 º and macroláctica fermentation in stainless steel.
Clarification and racking.
Then it became a barrel and bottle.
Aging
6 months Barrel Aging.
Aging at least 12 months Bottle

Age of vines 20 to 30 years.

Perfect with any particular sausage meat, red meat and game, stews, vegetables and cured or semi-mature cheeses.
