Tasting Notes
Color: Garnet cherry-medium intensity. Brilliant. Rust-colored reflections.
Nose: Elegant and intense. They appear red fruit and licorice aromas with maturity and aging: spices, vanilla leaf, and snuff.
Palate: Soft, round and balanced. Denoting a wine as coming from Rioja Alta andmixture of varieties which provides balance and freshness in the mouth features.
Pairing
Perfect complement to dishes containing vegetables or vegetable stews. Also suitable for rice with meat or vegetables, moderately strong cheeses, duck and oily fish.
