Color: Vibrant red light amber.
Nose: Fine, fresh, light toast and vanilla aromas. Very persistent.
Taste: Very dry, soft, round and developed.
Pairing
All kinds of cheeses, sausages, meats and vegetables, not seasoned with vinegar. Especially goes well with white meats and small game, quail, woodcock and partridge. Cooked meats. Also not too spicy fish with foie, or scrambled. It is a fine wine, versatile, easy to drink, not tired, so it can also accompany the desserts, especially if it contains chocolate.
