Development
Single varietal Tempranillo. Grapes from vines more than 50 years located in the upper area of the Rioja region. Careful preparation in oak vats where, after the first fermentation, the wine is left to macerate with the skins for 12 days, psteriormente is transferred to French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation. The aging in French oak for 12 months, racked by traditional method, each 4 months old. The rest of the breeding carried out in the bottle.

Tasting Notes
View: clean and bright, deep cherry color with garnet edge.
Nose: very complex and powerful, with ripe fruit with well integrated oak and mineral nuances.
Mouth: very powerful, toasty nuances (cacao and coffee) of high quality timber fully assembled with ripe fruit.
Recommended for red meats, game, aged cheeses and, above all, to talk quietly with friends.

Pairing
Ideal with all types of meat like a good roast lamb with vegetables.

Between 16 º C and 18 º C
