Development
The grape which produces the 4 kisses tempranillo is entirely vintage 2006 and comes from the El Encinar is situated at an altitude of 629 meters in the Sierra de Cantabria, in the municipality of Elvillar de Álava. The malolactic fermentation takes place in European oak barrels, from a new French oak barrels where it remains 14 months without any treatment or filtration.

Mouth: this is a wine with structure. Meaty, soothing, powerful, assembled oak tannins and fruit, with persistence in the aftertaste
