Area of Production
Denominacion de Origen D.O Utiel-Requena. Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Large temperature variations between day and night-time. Average annual temperature : 13º C. Chalky, clay soils.
Winemaking
After a careful selection the grapes are gently crushed followed by a brief maceration with the grape skins. The ‘free run juice’ is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16º C, using selected yeasts.
Tasting Note
Colour :Bright red cherry.
Aroma : Notable fruity aromas (strawberry, raspberry) and delicate floral tones.
Taste: Luscious, young and fresh
