PDO Utiel-Requena. Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Largevariations in day and night temperatures. Average annual temperature: 13 º C.Limestone-clay soils.
Grape Variety
Tempranillo
Winemaking
Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration at 14 º C. and fermentation at a 26 º C. Malolactic fermentation in tank.
Tasting Notes
Color: Intense cherry red. Aroma: Powerful, with notes of red berries and delicatememory of anise and spice. Taste: Round and full, well structured with soft tanninsand good balancing acidity. Persistence in the mouth.
Serving Suggestions
Stock Murviedro Tempranillo is an ideal wine to serve with meat, rice, cheese andtapas. Serve preferably at a temperature of 18 º C.
