Production Area
The Denomination of Origin Valencia is situated near the Mediterranean coast east of the country at an altitude ranging between 250 and 1000 meters. The climate is warm and the influence of the Mediterranean too dominant. Strains grown for centuries in the limestone-clay soils, which in combination with the constant presenceof the sun give rise to intense fruity wines with good structure and moderate tannins

Winemaking
Vinification with cold maceration and fermentation at 14 º C with selected yeasts.

Tasting Notes
Color: Pale yellow with green tinges. Aroma: Fresh fruit ripe, tropical aromas fundhigh intensity. Taste: Fresh, elegant, with good weight of fruit and balanced acidity.

Serving Suggestions
Murviedro Collection Sauvignon Blanc wine is ideal as an aperitif or companion tofish, rice and spicy foods. Serve between 6 and 8 º C.
